Refund Policy

AU orders: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery date. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be received as store credit.

International Orders: We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Items on sale or sold during a promotional period are final sale and can not be returned.

Sale Items: Items can not be returned, but can be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery date. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return or exchange please email contact@rig-fit.com. with your order number to request a return/exchange authorization. The customer service team will then provide you with a return address.

Once we receive your items in new/unused condition, we will refund the product cost via store credit or send you the new items you're exchanging for.
